1、机械液压双流传动系统试验台设计(转向装置)摘要机械液压双功率流转向系统是履带车辆的一种新型转向方式,也就是发动机功率在变速箱的输入轴上分流,一路功率流向变速箱,一路功率流向由变量泵、定量马达及其他控制元件组成的液压转向调速系统。本文从整体上论述了机械液压双功率流转向系统(转向装置)性能检测系统的测试原理和设计方案,并从硬件和软件两方面详细阐述了汽车变速箱性能检测系统的组成。介绍了汽车变速器系统综合试验台的主要构成与种类,着重在机械硬件方面去分析研究开放式机械液压双功率流转向系统(转向装置)综合试验台的主要结构、特点及工作原理。试验台通过各扭矩转速传感器测得的转矩和转速对转向装置进行性能分析。因
2、试验台所用液压泵的需求,试验台设计安装了第一升速装置,它使液压泵的输入扭矩和转速符合液压泵的要求;又根据测功机的扭矩转速特性曲线选择安装了第二升速装置,使测功机的输入扭矩和转速符合其要求。本论文研究的目的、意义:我国汽车、拖拉机工业正处于发展和提升时期,履带车辆双功率流转向装置可实现由方向盘操纵进行精确的方向控制,机动性好等许多优点,这对其设计制造、性能检测与维修提出了迫切要求。为开发具有自主知识产权的、适合我国国情的高性能转向装置,提出本研究课题。关键词:双功率流,转向装置,试验台,开式DOUBLE MECHANICAL HYDRAULIC POWER TO THESYSTEM TEST R
