14、 mould machine内螺纹管接头注塑模具设计注塑机，动力熔化注塑机以及注吹机组和注拉吹机组等多种注塑成型设备。近年来，除了注塑机自身的标准化、系列化、通用化、受到重视外，对一些配套设备，如注塑机的自动供料、干燥设备，模控设备，浇口柄取出和切割装置，机械手以及和注塑机联机的其它自动化设备都受到普遍的重视。目前由注塑机生产的制品已普及到各个领域，尤其在电脑、电子工业、在汽车制造业得到广泛的应用。由于注塑制品的开发和应用，极大地推动了注塑成型设备及其模具的发展，因为这些制品对注塑工艺条件及其控制提出更高的要求。第二节注塑机及其工作过程简介一、注塑机的各部功能注塑机是使塑料熔融并在模具中成型制

15、品的设备。为了实现这个个目的，注塑机必须具有熔化塑料的装置，把塑料熔体想模具中推进的装置，以及闭合模具的驱动装置。近代通用注塑机，有完善的合模与注塑的机械系统，加热冷却系统，润滑系统、液压传动系统、电气控制系统、安全保护、监测系统以及供料等辅助系统。1 ,合模系统合模系统的作用是固定模具，是动模板作启闭模运动，能锁紧模具。合模系统重要由四根拉杆和螺母把前后模板联结起来形成整体刚性框架。动模板装在前、后模板之间，后模板上固定合模油缸；动模板在合模油缸的作用下以四根拉杆为导向柱作启闭模运动。模具的动模在动模板上而定模装在前固定模板上。当模具闭合后，在合模油缸压力作用下，产生额定合模力，锁紧模具，防止模具注入高压熔体时模具的型腔胀开。当合模时模具拉杆和前、后模板形成力的封闭系统达到平衡状态；另外，由于前固定模板是固定在机身上的，而后模板允许与机身有相对位移，这样，当拉杆受拉伸时，允许有轴向移动。8注塑机，动力熔化注塑机以及注吹机组和注拉吹机组等多种注塑成型设备。近年来，除了注塑机自身的标准化、系列化、通用化、受到重视外，对一些配套设备，如注塑机的自动供料、干燥设备，模控设备，浇口柄取出和切割装置，机械手以及和注塑机联机的其它自动化设备都受到普遍的重视。目前由注塑机生产的
