4、nge; Lead to evaluate ECR;Communicate with customer for the disposal of products and confirm the cost owner, and claimform customer.项目部负责提出客户变更的工程变更申请；主导ECR的评估，与客户协调变更前产品的处理；与客户确认变更所需的费用和请款。6.2 AQP department release ECR for engineering change; Lead to evaluate internal ECR andtrace the ECN;项目部负责提出与

5、工程相关的工程变更申请；主导内部工程变更的评估和进度追踪；6.3 Purchase department release ECR for supplier change; Report current stock, including insupplier, WIP, warehouse and PO; implement ECN action.采购部负责提出与供应商相关的工程变更申请；提报现有库存状况（供应商存货，在制品数量的收集，仓库成品，不可取消的订单）；执行工程变更动作。6.4 Production department release ECR for production chang

7、器和检具，以及变更后相关检验规范、控制计戈上测量仪器和检具等变更。文控负责工程变更通知的发行。7.1 PROCESS 流程7.1 Issue ECR工程变更申请的提出7.1.1 Customer Required ECR客户要求的工程变更AQP issue ECR for customer change(ProductCapacity,etc) and lead to evaluate ECR.项目部接到客户变更需求(产品/产能等时，提出ECR,组织相关部门评估。Internal ECR内部需求的ECRA) Each department could issue ECR when necess

8、ary. Purchase department release ECRfor supplier change. AQP department release ECR for engineering change. Productiondepartment release ECR for production change. Quality department release ECR forquality issues.相关部门有需求时，可以提出工程变更申请。供应商相关的工程变更由采购部提出；工程相关的工程变更由项目部提出；生产相关的工程变更由生产部提出；质量相关的工程变更由质量部提出。B)

9、 Program Manager lead to evaluate ECR.公司内部的ECR由项目经理组织相关部门评估。7.2 Evaluate ECR工程变更申请的评估7.2.1 Program Manager communicate with customer for the disposal of products and confirm thecost owner.项目经理与客户协调工程变更前产品的处理，确认变更所需费用的归属和请款等。7.2.2 AQP department evaluate the change content and feasibility and tooling

10、.项目部评估工程变更需求内容与可行性，模具工装的变更。7.2.3 Logistics department report current stock, including in supplier, WIP, warehouse and P0.物流部统计现有库存状况(供应商、在制品、仓库成品、订单状况)。7.2.4 Quality department evaluate the measuring instruments and tooling.质量部评估测量仪器和检具的变更。7.3 Issue ECN发出工程变更通知7.3.1 Release Engineer issue ECN in two

11、 days after review. If the result is rject,5 reject ECR toapplication department.ECR评估通过后，项目部3天内发行ECN。7.3.2 DCC receive ECN, and save ECR and ECN on the public driver, and then inform relateddepartments.文控接到ECN后，通知相关部门，ECR及ECN存档于公共盘。7.4 Implement ECN工程变更的执行7.4.1 Related departments receive ECN and i

12、mplement.各部门接到ECN后，执行ECN。7.4.2 Maintenance department alter tooling. AQP and quality department verify tooling andprocess. If necessary, submit PPAP according to customers requirements.模具部负责修模。项目和质量部负责模具验证和制程验证，做样品认证。需要时，按客户要求提交PPAPo7.4.3 AQP department update SOP, BOM, drawings, FEMA and other engi

13、neering documents.项目部更新相关的操作指导书、BOM、图纸、FEMA等技术资料。7.4.4 Quality department update SIP & CP and prepare measuring instruments and tooling.质量部更新检验规范和控制计戈J,准备相关测量仪器和检具等。7.4.5 Logistics department dispose the stocks following ECN.物流部按ECN要求处理库存。7.4.6 Production department implement ECN action.生产部执行工程变更动作。

14、7.5 Trace ECN工程变更的确认追踪7.5.1 AQP department trace the implement .If all of stocks have been disposed and twoconsecutive products are OK, this ECN could be closed.项目部负责ECN导入后的执行追踪，所有库存处理完毕，且连续二批工程变更后的产品出货OK,则ECN结案。7.2 FLOW CHART 流程图Related Dept各部门Issue ECR提出ECRRelated Dept跨部门评估小组ECR Evaluate评估ECRIssue ECN发行ECNProjectDepartment项目部Related Dept各部门Implement ECN执行ECN
