5、”regulationofcivilbuildingenergysaving,donotconformtothestandardofenergysavingproject,shallnotapprovedforconstruction.Insuchaseriesofenergy-savingpolicies,regulations,standardsandmandatoryguidance,Chinasenergy-savinghousingconstructionworkunceasinglythorough,continuouslyimprovetheenergyefficiencysta
6、ndards,theintroductionofthedevelopmentofmanynewenergy-savingtechnologyandmaterials,vigorouslypromotetheuseofresidentialbuildings.Butourcountryscurrentlevelofbuildingenergyconservation,butalsofarlowerthandevelopedcountries,Chinasbuildingenergyconsumptionperunitareaisstillaclimatesimilartothedeveloped
7、countries3timesto5times.ConstructionenergyconservationisChinasconstructionindustryisanimportanttask.One,externalwallthermalinsulationtechnologyEnergysavingthermalinsulationwallconstructiontechnologymainlydividedintoexteriorwallinternalinsulationandexteriorwallinsulationintwocategories.1internalinsul

11、noteasytosolve,easytocrack,butalsoaffectstheconstructionspeed,influencedwellerdecorationtwo,andtheinnerwallhangingandfixingiteasytobreaktheinternalinsulationstructure.Internalinsulationtechnologyofirrationality,itwouldbereplacedbyexternalinsulation.2externalinsulationtechnologyanditscharacteristics-
