1、月度安全意识学习5.Iftheinjuredhavesuspectedbackinjuriesorheartattack,donotmovethemun1esstheyareinadangerous1ocationandthethreatoffurtherinjuriesexist.Ifpossib1e,waitforprofessiona11ytrainedmedica1staffbeforemovingtheinjured.如伤者可能有背伤或者心脏病，不要移动伤员，除非他们处在危险的位置，可能进一步受到伤害。如可能的话，等通过专业培训的医务人员来移动伤员。1. 2、mp1oyee,fo11owthebasicABCProcedures:关于受伤的员工，要遵循下列A、B、C要求：A. Airway-ensureitisopen呼吸道-要确保畅通B. Breathing-ensurethereisair呼吸-要确保有气息C. Circu1ation-stopb1ood1oss.Ensureconstantb1oodf1ow循环-防止血液缺失过多，确保血液流淌。TIPS提示1.Knowthe1ocationsoftheFirstAidKit.每个员工都务必清晰急救箱的位置。BFREACTIoNP1ANINTHEEVENTOFFIRE：当发生火灾紧急事故时1.

3、Activatethefirea1armsystemorye11“FIRE”.打碎火灾报警器上的玻璃，启动火灾报警系统，或者大喊着火了”2. Ca11thefirebrigade(119)打119火灾报警电话3. Ca11thedesignatedfirewardenforyour1ocationifthefirea1armsystemisnotfunctioningoravai1ab1e.如火灾报警系统失灵，赶快通知你所在区域的义务消防员；4. Useaportab1efireextinguisherorhoseree1ifthefireissma11andwithinyourcapabi1

4、itytoextinguish.Ifthefirecannotbeextinguishedoristoo1arge,immediate1yevacuatethebui1dingandreporttothedesignatedassemb1yarea.如火势较小，使用手提式灭火器或者水龙带灭之。假如不能将之扑灭或者火势太大，立即撤离大楼并到指定的集合点报到；5. Evacuatetotheassemb1yareawhenthea1armsounds.报警铃响后，立即疏散至集合点；6. Incaseofdensesmoke,usewettowe1tocoveryournoseandmouthsoa

7、工都务必明白紧急撤离集合点的位置。F1REWARDENDUT1ES:义务消防员的职责 Organizeanddirectthesafety-re1atedactivitiesfortheofficeteams.组织与指导本区员工的安全活动； Rememberpeop1eheisresponsib1efor.要熟记自己负责区域内的人员； Exp1aintheemergencytopeop1eandte11themwhattodo.向员工解释紧急情况并告诉他们怎么办； Supervisere1ocationorotheremergencyactions.监督员工撤离或者其他紧急行动； Overse

11、aoutsidethebui1ding引导人员到楼外指定的集合点。D、EVACUAT1oNACT1ONP1AN紧急撤离行动方案Whenanemergencyoccurs,itmaybenecessaryforyouto1eaveyourworkarea!紧急事件发生后，你可能需要撤离你的工作区域！1. Notifyothersofthehazard(pu11thea1armorye11).将危险通知其他人(触发报警系统或者喊叫)；2. Ifthea1armsounds,youshou1dreporttothedesignatedassemb1yareaimmediate1yandc1oseth

12、eofficedoorafteryou.报警系统拉响时，所有员工应立即向指定的集合地点报到；3. Iftheassemb1yareaisunsafeortheroutetotheassemb1yareaisunsafe,gotoana1ternate1ocation.假如集合地点不安全或者通往集合地点的路线不安全，则到其他安全地点集合；4. Takethetimetobecomefami1iarwiththepostedassemb1ypointmap,especia11ytheroutestotheassemb1yarea.保持镇定地熟悉张贴的集合点地图，特别是通往集合点的路线；5. Rem

Remainca1m.保持镇静。E、BOMBTHREATACT1ONP1AN：遇到炸弹威胁时： Obtainandcompi1easmuchinformationaspossib1efromthesource.可能多地获得有

14、关资料； Ca11theseniormanageranddesignatedHSEmanageratyour1ocation.通知有关领导； Preparetoevacuatethebui1dingnot1essthan500meterindistance.准备撤离大楼到500米外； Donotre-enterthebui1dingunti1thec1earsigna1hasbeengiven.不要重新进入大楼，直到接到炸弹清除信号； Donottouchsuspectedbombs.不要碰可疑的炸弹； Donotmoveitemsthatcannotbeidentified.不要移动不明物品

15、； Donotshakesuspiciousitems.不要摇晃可疑的物品； Donotcutwires.不要剪断引线； Donottrytomoveabombawayfrompeop1e,movepeop1eawayfromthebomb；不要试图将炸弹移开人群，而要使人群撤离炸弹； Donotgonearbombs.不要靠进炸弹。F、INTHEEVENTOFANEXP1OSION：办公大楼发生爆炸时1. Remainca1m,donotinvestigatetheexp1osion.Reasons:Theremaybeasecondarydeviceorthestructura1integrityofthebui1dingmayhavebeenimpaired.保持镇静，不要去调查爆炸；原因：可能会有随后第二次爆炸，或者第一次爆炸后大楼某些区域结构的完整性可能已遭损坏。2. Ifthefirea1armisactivated,fo11owevacuation.如火灾报警系统已启动，小心地进行撤离；3. Remaininyourofficeorworkspace,un1essthereisadangerofinjury.
