10、薄膜泵,将溢油驳入空舱；Iftheoi1spi11notspi11deckintothewaters,a11ofcrewusingbarre1,ameta1spatu1a,sawdust,fe1tsuctionremova1ofco11ectedoi1spi11,FI1TERinsta11edandopenairpump,wi11spi11intoemptytankbarge;5) .如果溢油溢出甲板进入水域，向溢油应变总指挥申请并得到同意后，由三副为艇长带领BOSUN,AB,MM携带清除收集溢油工具,放艇下去收集溢油。其余人员清除收集甲板上的溢油。同时船长向就近港口当局,当地代理，公司SMS
