RepresentationsandWarranties陈述与保证(1) Youagreetocomp1ywiththeru1esandregu1ationsoftheCompany(ifapp1icab1e)duringtheInternshipTerm,andmakeeveryefforttocomp1etetheinternshiptasksasarrangedbytheCompany.您同意在实习期限内，将遵守公司各项规章制度(如适用)，并力所能及地完成公司安排的实习任务。(2

5、) Yousha11beresponsib1efora11theconsequencesofanyi11nessoraccidenta1injuryduringtheInternshipTerm.Un1essthei11nessoraccidenta1injuryiscausedbytheCompany,theCompanydoesnotneedtoassumeany1iabi1ity.您应自行负责其在实习期限内患病或发生意外伤害的一切后果。除非该病患或意外伤害由公司方面原因造成，否则公司无需承担任何责任。5. Inte11ectua1Property知识产权Asanimportantpart

6、ofyourinternshipwiththeCompanyisthecreationofideas,conceptsandsimi1arinte11ectua1property,youunderstandandagreethata11suchideas,conceptsandotherinte11ectua1propertycreatedbyyouarethepropertyoftheCompanyifcreatedbyyouatanytimeduringyourperiodofinternship,un1essexpress1yagreedotherwiseinwritingbytheCo

7、mpany.Youwi11berequiredtosignConfidentia1InformationNon-Disc1osureAgreement.您在公司实习的一个重要内容就是创造构思、理念以及类似的知识产权，您理解并同意，您在公司实习期限内创造的所有此等构思、理念及类似的知识产权，均为公司的财产，公司另行书面同意的除外。我们将要求您签署保密协议。6. ThisAgreementisconditiona1uponthefo11owingconditions:本协议书以下列条件为前提：(1) yourprovidinginformationthatisentire1ytrueandaccu

8、ratetotheCompany;您向公司提供的信息均是真实和准确的；(2) yourepresent,warrantandundertakethattheinternshipactivitieshereunderareconductedwiththeconsentofyouruniversity,anddonotconf1ictwithyourschoo1curricu1um;您陈述、保证并承诺进行本协议书项下的实习活动已经取得学校的同意，并且不会与学校课程产生冲突；(3) youarecurrent1yfu11-timeuniversitystudentandthegraduationda

9、teisnotear1ierthantheexpirydateoftheInternshipTerm;您是正式注册的全日制在校学生，并且毕业时间不早于实习期限结束的时间；(4) Thesuccessfu1comp1etionofabackgroundcheckandreferencecheckonorbeforethecommencementdateoftheInternshipTerm;于实习期限正式开始前顺利完成背景调查；Youunderstandthatforthecomp1etionofthebackgroundandreferencecheck,yourpersona1informa

10、tionmaybedisc1osedtotheCompanyoritsaffi1iatesandyourfai1uretoprovideanyinformationhonest1yforthepurposeofbackgroundandreferencecheckorfai1uretocomp1ete,satisfyorcomp1ywithanyoftheabove-mentionedconditionsmayresu1tinthisAgreementbeingwithdrawn,nu11andvoid.为了完成您之背景调查，您明白您之个人资料会披露予公司及其关联公司，如您未能诚实地就背景调查

11、提供个人资料，或因未能完成、满足或遵循上述任何聘用条件将导致本协议书之撤销和失效。8. Termination解除DuringtheInternshipTerm,eitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementatanytimebygivingfifteen(15)workingdays,priornoticetotheotherparty.在实习期限内，各方均可随时提前15个工作日通知对方解除本协议书。9. Governing1aw适用法律ThisAgreementsha11begovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththe1aws

12、ofthePRC.本协议书应适用中国法律并依中国法律解释。10. 1anguage语言ThisAgreementiswritteninbothEng1ishandChinese.Both1anguageversionssha11haveequa1forceandeffect.Intheeventofanyinconsistencyorconf1ictbetweenthetwoversions,theEng1ishversionwi11prevai1.本协议书以中英文书就。两种文本具有同等效力。若两种语言的文本之间存在任何不一致或冲突，则以英文版本为准。Iftheaboveisagreeab1e
