1、摘要在当代工业的发展中,随着设计技术的不断提升,对制造业的要求也越来越严格。由于剪切机不论是在轻工业还是在重工业中都有着广泛的应用,所以有效地提高剪切机的工作效率以及工作性能是很有必要的。传统剪切机在平时生产使用的过程中存在的噪音大、占地面积大、灵活性差容易磨损等问题,这些问题极大地影响了我们的生产效率。为了解决这些影响生产效率的问题我们决定传统剪切机进行改造。为了达到改良的目的,我们利用液压传动控制技术对剪切机进行改造。由于液压传动能使执行元件的运动十分均匀稳定,可使运动部件换向时无换向冲击。而且由于其反应速度快,故可实现频繁换向。再加上其操作简单,调整控制方便,易于实现自动化。特别是和机、
2、电联合使用时,能方便地实现复杂的自动工作循环。液压剪切机相较于传统的机械剪切机来说能很好的解决噪音大、灵活性不足等问题,有效地弥补了机械性能上的不足。此次设计的新形式的液压剪切机能够更好地服务于剪切行业的发展,更好地适应国内外市场的需求,因此具有良好的市场前景。关键词:剪切机;液压系统;液压元件AbstractIn the development of modern industry, with the improving of the design technology Jt isbecoming more and more strict to the requirement of manu

Due to the shearmachine which is widely used in both light industry and heavy industry, it is very necessary toimprove the working efficiency and the working performance of shearing machine.In the process of production ,the traditional shearing machine usually makes much noiseand occupy
4、much space and it is easy to wear and it also inflexible , that issues aregreatly affect our productivity. To improve these issues , we decided to transform thetraditional shears.In order to achieve the purpose, we used the hydraulic pressure drive control technology tomodify the shears. Because the
5、 movement of hydraulic transmission can make actuators veryuniform and stable, and it also can make the moving parts without reversing impact whenreversing. And because of its fast response, which can realize frequent commutation .added toits simply operation, easy to control, easy to realize automa
6、tion. Especially when used withmachine, electric, it can easily achieve the complex automatic work cycle.Compared with the traditional mechanical shear ,the Hydraulic shears can solve theproblem of large noise , lack of flexibility , ect.The design of the new form of hydraulic shears can better serv
