7、影响 与空白对照组比较,保肺颗粒高、中、低剂量组、竣甲司坦组、急支糖浆组增加小鼠酚红排出员差异均有统计学意义(。0.05 或见表 1。2.2对哮喘豚鼠模型平喘作用的影响与模型对照组比较,保肺颗粒高剂后组豚鼠给药后跌倒时间延长,哮喘潜伏期延氏率显著升高(P 。05);中剂后组、低剂品组也可延长豚鼠给药后跌倒时间,提高磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠哮喘潜伏期延长率.但近异无统计学意义;0.06 g/kg第茶碱和5 mL/kg的咳喘宁口眼液可延长豚鼠给药后跌倒时间,提高磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠哮喘潜伏期延长率,且差异有统计学意义(P0,05)。见表2。表1保肺颗粒对小鼠气管酚红排出量的影响( =12)剂量0.5%CM
8、C-Na1.0g/(kg-d)20. 0 miy ( kg d )43.8 g(生药)/(kg,d)2L9期生药)/(kgd)U.0g(生药)/(kgd)Summary目的:研究保肺颗粒的止咳、平喘、祛痰、抗炎作用。方法:通过小鼠酚红分泌实验观察其祛痰作用、通过磷酸组胺引起豚鼠的哮喘反应,观察其平喘作用、通过S02引起的小鼠咳嗽反应,观察其止咳作用、通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿法,观察其抗炎作用、通过角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀法,观察其抗炎作用。结果:对小鼠耳廓肿炎性反应模型的实验表明:保肺颗粒高、中、低剂量均能显著抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀,其肿胀度、肿胀率显著降低。对小鼠的祛痰(气管段酚红法)实验表
9、明:保肺颗粒高、中、低剂量均能增加小鼠酚红排出量。对豚鼠的平喘(喷雾致喘法)实验表明:保肺颗粒高剂量能明显提高磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠哮喘潜伏期延长率,中、低剂量也可提高豚鼠哮喘潜伏期延长率,但差异无统计学意义。对小鼠的止咳(二氧化硫引咳法)实验表明:保肺颗粒高、中、低剂量均能明显延长S02引起的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期;高、中剂量能明显减少2 min内咳嗽次数;保肺颗粒高、低剂量能明显延长枸檬酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期,能明显减少5 min内咳嗽次数,潜伏期延长率有明显提高。结论:保肺颗粒具有较好的祛痰、平喘、止咳、抗炎作用。Key保肺颗粒;药效学研究;祛痰;平喘;止咳;抗炎Abstract Objective
10、: To study the expectorant, antiasthmatic,anti tussive, and antiinflammatory effects of Baofei Granules.Methods: The mice phenolsulfonphthalein excretion method was used toobserve the expectorant effects. The guinea pigs asthma induced byhistamine phosphate method was used to observe the antiasthmat
11、iceffects. The anti tussive effects of the cough reaction in mice causedby S02, and the anti-inflammatory effects of the auricle swellingcaused by xylene, and the anti-inflammatory effects of the rat toeswell method induced by carrageenan were observed. Results:Experiments on mice auricular swelling
12、 inflammation model showed thehigh, medium and low dose groups of Baofei Granules couldsignificantly inhibit the swelling of mice ears caused by xylene,and its swelling degree and swelling rate were significantly reduced;the expectorant (tracheal phenol red method) experiments on miceshowed that Bao
13、fei Granules can increase the excretion of phenol redin high, medium and low doses. Anti-asthmatic (guinea-spray method)experiments on guinea pigs showed that high doses of Baofei Granulescan significantly increase the prolongation rate of guinea pig asthmacaused by histamine phosphate, and 1ow and
14、medium doses can alsoincrease the prolongation rate of guinea pig asthma latency, butthere was no statistical difference. The relieving cough (sulfurdioxide cough method) experiment on mice showed that high, mediumand low doses of Baofei Granule can significantly prolong theincubation period of coug
15、h caused by S02 in mice; high and mediumdoses can significantly reduce the number of coughs in 2 minutes;high and low Baofei Granules can significantly prolong the incubationperiod of guinea pig cough caused by citrate, can significantlyreduce the number of coughs within 5 minutes, and the prolongationrate of incubation period has been significantly improved.Conclusio
