1、28马力轮式拖拉机最终传动及驱动轴设计摘要拖拉机是与各种作业机械配套的自走式动力机械,是农业机械化的主要机械。在农业中,他主要用以牵引和驱动多种类农机具完成各项田间作业和农业运输。农村经济日新月异乡镇企业蓬勃发展,城乡交流不断扩大,道路运输量急剧增加,所以运输车辆出现缺口。近年来,随着拖拉机走入田间的不断深入,从作业种类上由耕,耙,播扩大到收获,中耕,栽植,喷雾,打捆等多个方面,与农机具配套作业。农用拖拉机正适合了其农村的这种使用条件:工作环境比较恶劣,农村道路相对复杂,速度不高。在中国现有的生产模式下,广大农民需要的还是中小型拖拉机,国内市场对该档产品的需求量在不断增长。另外和国外拖拉机生产

2、厂家相比我国生产的拖拉机经济实惠,价格只有国外同类产品的一半甚至更少,因此,中小马力拖拉机社会销量和保有量很大,传动系布置多种多样。最终传动是传动系的重要组成部分之一,它的功用是进一步增加传动系的传动比,从而使拖拉机获得所需的驱动力。我这次设计的是轮式28马力拖拉机的最终传动,我采用的是外置外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮式最终传动,轴采用了矩形花键轴。采用这种最终传动设计方案,可以达到设计任务要求,并可保证拖拉机在工作中具有足够的动力输出。关键词:传动比,外啮合,圆柱齿轮,花键轴IDESIGN OF FINAL DRIVE AND DRIVE SHAFT OF 28HP TRACTORABSTRACTTr
