1、用辑式冷弯推挤变形,将圆形焊接管或无缝钢管加工成方形、矩形等异型管的方法,和冲压、折弯、拉拔等变形方法一样,也是金属压力加工范畴中的一种冷弯成形加工工艺。根据轧辐的动力传动方式,辐式冷弯成形又分为主动式和被动式两大类型。当前国内外由甩动机带动轧辐的主动式冷弯机组应用比较普遍,仅国内就有机组约2000多套。冷弯型钢年生产能力达2000多万吨。其中大部分机组是以钢板为原料,轻压弯制为圆形管材或异型开口板材。用来生产方形矩形等异型管材的机组相对比较少,大中型机组全国仅有十多套。而利用辐式被动推挤圆变方冷弯技术的异型管成形机组在国内则更为稀少。仅有天津钢管公司、秦皇岛东洋公司和苏南异型3套机组。当前在
2、国内外经济社会日趋个性化发展的浪潮中,异型钢管作为更能恰当满足不同受力情况的经济断面型材,越来越受到人们的关注。适应建筑钢结构、桥梁、造船、机车车辆、机械加工等工业现代化的发展,各种异型钢管特别是大规格、厚壁方型、矩型钢管需求量日趋攀升。自2000年美国“811”以后,世界各国材料专家苦心致力于对表面积小、大规格、厚壁、高刚度、高强度、耐火性强的建筑钢结构型材的开发。普遍关注于对方形和矩形钢管性能和生产工艺技术的研究。2003年国内天津钢管公司率先投建的RSII-500型被动辐式圆变方异型管冷成形生产线也正是为此应时而生。它以边长50-500毫米超宽产品规格范围和4-30毫米壁厚的大适应幅度,
3、不仅填补了我国在这一专业领域上的空缺,而且成为至今世界辐压冷弯圆变方成形边长最大,壁厚最厚的生产机组。近年来在方、矩管生产基础上,天津钢管公司利用该机组又成功开发出大口径钢管冷定径工艺。不仅实现了一机多用,而且定径精度高于国家标准。随着方、矩管应用市场的不断扩展,随着无缝钢管规格系列的不断拓宽,天津钢管公司的大量高性能高质量新产品已源源不断的供应国内外的企业和工程。这一成功,必将会让业内人士重新审视这个一度曾被认为不宜推广发展的被动辐式圆变方异型管冷成形技术。也必然会把这一技术的深入研发推向新的高潮。关键词:冷弯,圆管,液压#AbstractThe development direction
