1、常青藤幼儿园三年发展规划(20232023)一、幼儿园概况,一,、基本情况我园座落在睢宁经济开辟区常青社区,创办于2023年2月，是目前全县惟一一所按省优质园标准新建设的民办幼儿园。我园占地IOOOO平方米,建造面积1400平方米,绿化面积2200平方米。目前拥有三个班级,小、中、大,，全园幼儿总人数72名,教职员工10名,大专以上毕业5人。,二,、现状分析1,幼儿园办园至今,形成为了温馨和谐的园所氛围,所有教职员工平等、互助、团结、协作,为幼儿园走向良性发展之路奠定了基础。2,幼儿园有融合中西方特色的教育理念,有清晰明确的办园目标,办园几年来，得到了社会各界的广泛认可,受到了家长的普遍好评。

7、施仍有许多待完善的地方。3、专业化水平有待进一步提升。在调整理清办园思路的前提下,幼儿园对课程结构和保教体系也进行了局部改革。如何更好地理解早期阅读、一日课程等教育特色,引导教师做到“教学相长”、不断实践反思,提升专业化水平,并进一步落实到每一个教职员工的行动上,都是面临着亟待解决的问题。二、幼儿园三年发展规划,2023.9-2023.8,一,指导思想以幼儿园教育指导纲要、幼儿园工作规程为基本指导，紧紧环绕江苏省学前教育五年行动计划,推进教育改革,打造优秀的教师团队,倡导“播下幸福的种子、托起明天的太阳”的办学理念,贯通“温馨关爱、尊重理解、诗意书香”的园所文化,提供优质的早期教育资源,对幼儿
