It is suitable for handling liquids with similar physical and chemical properties as water, and without corrosive behavior and granulates at the temperature below
6、80.2、主要结构及工作原理Principal Construction and Working theory28NLT-69X4型凝结水泵为双壳体、立式、筒袋式、单基础结构,基本结构主要有进、出水部分和工作部分、轴承部分、水封部分、外筒体部件等。The condensate pump 12NLT-69X4 is the vertical, double-casing, barrel-shaped one with a single basic construction, consisting of the suction and discharge section, working sect
7、ion, shaft bearings, water sealing parts and outer barrel.2.1 进、出水部分进、出水部分即泵与外接管道的连接部分,均布置于地面以上,检修方便。在一侧有吸入口法兰,一侧有吐出口法兰,进、出口方向可按照用户要求安放。进水通过进口法兰进入泵体后,折转180向下进入泵的工作部分,经过工作部分获得能量,然后通过出口法兰进入管道。进、出水部分还设有脱汽法兰,与泵的吸入口连通,接至凝汽器,使泵内的汽体及时地排出。2.1 Suction and discharge sectionBoth the suction and discharge secti
8、on are arranged above the ground level for convenient maintenance. With the inlet flange set on one side of the barrel, the outlet flange is on the other side. The orientation of the inlet and outlet is adjustable according to the clients requirement. The water flows into the pump through the inlet
9、flange, with a turning of 180, it goes downward into the working section. After obtaining the energy in the working part, the water is forced out of the outlet flange into the pipeline.The vent flanges are set at both the suction and discharge section. They are connected to the gas condenser, and th
10、us relieve the gas out of the pump in time. 2.2 工作部分泵的工作部分包括转子、空间导叶,转子由泵轴及装在其上的双吸叶轮、次级叶轮、轴套和键等零件组成。为满足长期在低NPSH下运行,第一级叶轮为双吸叶轮能保证较高的抗汽蚀性能。叶轮共有4级,它们是使液体获得能量的核心元件。叶轮与轴的联接是用键轴向定位,用键传递扭矩。空间导叶,它们的作用是以最小的损失将流出叶轮的液体导向后均匀的进入下一级叶轮或出水部分。导叶之间的联接是以止口定位,双头螺柱紧固。2.2 Working sectionThe working section is comprised of
11、 the rotor and the space guide blades. The rotor consists of the pump shaft and components assembled to it like the double-sided impellers, the second stage impeller,interstage sleeves and keys. For the long-term running under the low NPSH condition, the first stage impeller is the double-sided impe
12、ller,which can providethe higher cavitation capability.There are four stages of impellers, and they are the core part helping the flow obtain the energy. The keys are used to affix the impellers to the shaft axially, and pass on the torque also.The guide blades help guide the water out of the impell
13、er before flowing into the next impeller or the discharge section at the least loss. The connection of the guide blades relies on the firm location at their mating faces, and secured with the double-end bolts. 2.3 轴承及其润滑冷却泵的轴向推力由平衡孔及推力轴承共同承受,平衡孔平衡90%轴向力,推力轴承承受残余轴向负荷,提高了泵的可靠性。推力轴承和上导轴承采用自供油润滑系统和内置油冷却
14、器,可倾推力瓦块式的主推力轴承设计的特殊的自位结构以保证每块瓦承载均匀,正常运行时轴承润滑油能保持在较低的温升范围内。冷却器水压力为0.20.3Mpa,流量为1.5m3/h,水温40,水质为工业水。2.3 Bearing, lubrication and cooling Both the balancing hole and thrust bearing are adopted to compensate the axial thrust of the pump set. When the balancing hole can bear the 90% of the axial force,
15、the thrust bearing would bear the rest of the axial load, enhancing the pump reliability. The self-supply lubrication oil system and the attached built-in oil cooler are used to provide lubrication for the thrust bearing and upper guide bearing. The special self-alignment feature of the titling-thrust-pad-type thrust bearing ensures that each of the thrust pads assumes the same load. During the normal operation, the temperature r
