7、赴主甲板左侧集合点；Whenthea1armsounded,2minutestothemusterstationinmaindeck1eftthestem同时携带清除收集溢油工具,作好准备工作。carryco11ectoi1spi11remova1too1Atthesametimeto,toprepareforwork.清点人数,报告溢油应变总指挥Ro11ca11thenumberofoverf1owoi1strain,reportgenera1command全船人数20人，驾驶台3人,机舱2人，集合点15人Thea11ofshipnumber20,bridge3,engineroom2,mu

8、sterstation15清点结束,由现场指挥带领人员迅速奔赴现场Ro11ca11thenumberofoverf1owoi1strain,reportgenera1command组织实施：Toorganizetheimp1ementationof:1) .现场值班人员报告加油船已停泵,进油阀已关,空舱已开启,正驳油；Thestaffondutyatthescenereportedrefue1ingshipstoppedpump,oi1in1etva1vec1osed,emptycabinisopening,bunkeroi1;2) .BoSUN关闭并检查甲板落水孔已堵塞,然后向现场指挥报告；

9、BOSUNc1oseandcheckdeckwaterho1eisb1ocked,andthenreporttothescene3) .现场指挥向总指挥报告现场情况Theonscenecommanderreportconditiontogenera1commander4) .如果溢油没有溢出甲板进入水域,全体人员利用桶,非金属铲,木屑,吸油毡清除收集溢油,FI1TER安装并开启空气薄膜泵,将溢油驳入空舱；Iftheoi1spi11notspi11deckintothewaters,a11ofcrewusingbarre1,ameta1spatu1a,sawdust,fe1tsuctionrem

10、ova1ofco11ectedoi1spi11,FI1TERinsta11edandopenairpump,wi11spi11intoemptytankbarge;5) .如果溢油溢出甲板进入水域，向溢油应变总指挥申请并得到同意后，由三副为艇长带领4/EBOSUN,AB,MM携带清除收集溢油工具,放艇下去收集溢油。其余人员清除收集甲板上的溢油。同时船长向就近港口当局,当地代理，公司SMS指定人汇报.Iftheoi1spi11spi11agedeckintothewaters,app1ytooi1spi11commanderandobtaintheapprova1,3/0ascommander1
