5、S-15HCS-20Y2020206N5.5CS-20HCS-25Y2532240N7.5CS-25HCS-32Y3248275N9.8CS-32HCS-40Y4065285N11三.工作原理:由于活塞在液缸内的往复运动，引起液缸内压力的变化，产生吸排作用，从而达到抽送液体的目的。当用手摇动外杠杆把手时，通过泵轴带动活塞组件中的内杠杆、连杆夹叉、连杆等动作零件，使活塞作往复运动。当活塞向左移动时，活塞右端的液缸体积逐渐增大，形成真空，液体从吸入管吸入，并顶开吸入阀，进入活塞右侧液缸。同时，活塞左侧液缸的液体受到压缩，压力升高，排出阀被打开，液体经排出管排出。当活塞向右运动时，则活塞左侧液缸吸入

11、02218266630689424021517891M12135()136777011878o11三、使用、维修说明：1安装使用前，必须进行清洗和检查，确信无故障时，方可使用。2 .吸入管不宜使用薄壁塑料管，以防管壁因抽吸作用引起相贴而阻塞管路系统，影响正常工作。3 .当用于抽送温度高于70C液体时，需加灌注水头。4 .当在低温环境下（温度接近OC或OC以下）使用时，用后务必卸开各放泄螺塞，排净泵内液体，防止泵内积存液体冻结而损坏零件。5 .使用一段时间后（一般在三月内）a.打开泵侧盖检查活塞涨圈磨损情况，如发现磨损严重或弹性降低，须更换的活塞涨圈。B.打开泵上盖，检查吸、排出阀与其阀座的贴合

12、情况，如发现由于磨损、腐蚀使贴合不良，造成漏水时，须用研磨膏研磨，使阀与阀座贴合。6 .若泵较长时间（三个月）不使用，需拆开各部零件进行擦拭保养，涂上防锈油。7 .油封好的泵及其备件，需放置干燥的室内，并定期（至少六个月）检查油封情况，必要时，需重新油封。V.useandmaintenanceinstructions:1.
