6、he1esseeattheendofthe1easeperiod.第六条租赁物资交付的时间、地点及验收方法Article 6 Timezp1aceandacceptancemethodofde1iveryof1easedmateria1s第七条租赁物资的保管与维修Article 7 Storageandmaintenanceof1easedmateria1s一、承租人对租赁物资要妥善保管。租赁物资返还时,双方检查验收,如因保管不善造成租赁物资损坏、丢失的,要按照双方议定的租赁物资缺损赔偿办法,由承租人向出租人偿付赔偿金。1. 8、ringthe1easeperiod,themaintenanceandcostsofthe1easedmateria1ssha11bebornebythe.第八条出租人更改Article 8 Changeofthe1essor一、在租赁时期,出租人如将租赁物资所有权转移给第三人,应正式通知承租人,租赁物资新的所有权人即成为本合同的当然出租人。1. 12、租赁物资,致使承租人不能如期正常使用的,除按规定如数补齐外,还应偿付违约期租金的违约金。3. 14、3.如有转让、转租或将租赁物资变卖、抵押等行为,除出租人有权解除合同邛艮期如数收回租赁物资外,承租人还应向出租人偿付违约期租金的违约金。4.
