6、he1esseeattheendofthe1easeperiod.第六条租赁物资交付的时间、地点及验收方法Article 6 Timezp1aceandacceptancemethodofde1iveryof1easedmateria1s第七条租赁物资的保管与维修Article 7 Storageandmaintenanceof1easedmateria1s一、承租人对租赁物资要妥善保管。租赁物资返还时，双方检查验收,如因保管不善造成租赁物资损坏、丢失的，要按照双方议定的租赁物资缺损赔偿办法，由承租人向出租人偿付赔偿金。1. The1essors1iabi1ityforbreachofcontract:1 .未按时间提供租赁物资，应向承租人偿付违约期租金一

12、租赁物资，致使承租人不能如期正常使用的，除按规定如数补齐外，还应偿付违约期租金的违约金。3. 14、3.如有转让、转租或将租赁物资变卖、抵押等行为，除出租人有权解除合同邛艮期如数收回租赁物资外，承租人还应向出租人偿付违约期租金的违约金。4.
