1、Dear Mr. Chen:As discussed with your over the telephone, we need to work on the following two modificationsin Iron Fines Pellet Plants. We have two Pellet Plants in our Barbil Location of Odisha. The plant is of dry grinding, with a recuperationtype of straight grate technology.如电话讨论,我们想要对现有的铁粉球团项目进

3、ght grates dry the pellets out in a drying section, then bring the pellets up to a temperature of about 800-900 oCin a preheat zone, then finish the induration process at roughly 1200-1350 . The pellets are then cooled to a suitable temperature for transporting to a load-out facility.制成球团后,球团被送入烧结机。

Hence further there wil
5、l be no need for DRI plant to make DRI separately. 6、e a detailed discussion with the experts on above both points.请您就上述两个问题与专家进行深入研究并安排具体讨论会。In addition to our above in point no -1, the reason for not getting the desired CCS may be due to the temperature difference between the top and bottom layers of bed height. If we can make anyarrangement to fix/
7、install above the travelling grate which can mix the bed material so that it will bake the pellets uniformly and we could get the desired CCS. This is our idea on the same. 9、glish, the Chinese version shall prevail.1)在球团厂的球团冷却过程直接生产DRI是可行的,但是不宜直接将还原 性气体(合成气、焦炉煤气等)注入到带式冷却器中,因为合成气、焦炉煤气等 内部含有CO有毒气体,带式冷却器冷却还原过程将泄漏,造成安全隐患;1) It is feasible to produce DRI directly in pellet cooling process of pelletizing plant. Howeve it is not suitable to directly inject reducing gas (syngas
10、, coke oven gas, etc.) into the straight line type cooler. Because synthetic gas and coke oven gas contain CO Toxic gas inside, the cooling reduction process ofstraight line type cooler will leak, resulting in potential safety hazard.2)建议重新设计建造“竖式还原炉”一一与带式球团矿焙烧机互相对应, 用“合成气、焦炉煤气等”注入到“竖式还原炉”,既冷却了球团矿,又
11、使得球 团矿发生直接还原成DRI,这方面我公司有实力帮助贵公司完成该任务;2)It is suggested to redesign and build vertical reduction furnace- corresponding to straight line type pellet machine, Injecting syngas, coke oven gas, etc. into the vertical reduction furnace not only cools the pellets, but also directly reduces the pellets to

In this regard, our company has the strength to help your company complete the task.3)为了达到第二点想法,请贵公司提供下列资料:3.1) 球团矿生产能力;3.2) 球团矿的化学全分析,特别要提供TFe、Feo两个成分;3.3) 带式焙烧机出炉的球团矿温度;3.4) 可以提供的还原气种类与供给能力,以及其化学全分析;3.5) DRI目标金属化率。3) In order to achieve the second idea, please provide the following informatio
13、n:3.1) Pellet production capacity;3.2) Total Fe and FeO, and other chemical analysis of pellets;3.3) the Pellet temperature at the outlet of the straight line type pellet Calciner machine;3.4) the name reducing gas, and supply capacity of that can be provided, as well as its total chemical analysis;3.5) The target metallization rate of DRI.
