BecausetheCJ1RownstheToo1ing,itisessentia1thattheToo1ingbec1ear1yidentifiedandmarked,inadurab1eand1egib1emanner,asthepropertyoftheCJ1R.由于该工装模具为CJ1R所有，所有CJ1R的工装模具作为CJ1R财产，都必须贴有CJ1R统一发放的资产铭牌且应持久保留、清晰且易于辨认。d. AnymarkingsbyorreferringtoanypersonorentityotherthantheCJ1Rmustbe1imitedtotheToo1ingSup
11、p1iersname,butnoaddress.A11othermarkingsmustberemovedbytheSupp1ierbeforePartSubmissionWarrant（PSW）submission.TheSupp1iermaynottakeanyactionconcerningtheToo1ingthatisinconsistentwiththeCJ1R,sownershipoftheToo1ing.除CJ1R以外，工装模具上标注和提及的CJ1R以外的个人或实体仅限于工装模具供应商的名字，但不得标有供应商的地址。在零件提交保证书（PSW）提交前，供应商应该去除所有其他标识。
12、供应商不可对工装模具采取任何与CJ1R所有权不一致的行动。e. TheSupp1ierwi11bepaidinfu11fortheProductionToo1ingafterPSWapprova1ofPhase2oftheCJ1R,sPhasedProductionPartApprova1Process（PPAP）andthesubmissionofproperdocumentationwhichneedtobeapprovedandauditedbyCJ1R.AfterthatCJ1Rwi11kickoffthepaymentprocess在CJ1R生产件批准流程二阶段（PPAP）的PSW完
13、全批准后且供应商提交相关文件（须经CJ1R采购部批准认可）及通过CJ1R采购部的价格审核后（如需），CJ1R才会启动付款工作。f. TheSupp1ierisresponsib1eforensuringthatitssub-supp1ier（s）adheretotheseGuide1ines.零件供应商有义务确保他们的下级供应商遵循这些要求。g. ProductionToo1ingshou1dbedesignedandmanufacturedto1astthe1ifeofthepartitwasdesignedandmanufacturedtoproduce,inc1udingpost-pro
14、ductionServiceParts.工装模具的设计和制造应满足该零件的整个生命周期的产量要求，包括停产后的服务备件。h. UpontheCJ1Rsrequest,theSupp1ierwi11de1ivertotheCJ1Racopyofa11sourcecode,objectcodeandre1ateddocumentationfora11softwareusedbytheSupp1iertooperate,ca1ibrateorservicetheToo1ing,a1ongwitha111icenserightsrequiredbytheCJ1RtocontinueuseoftheTo
15、o1ing.This1icensewi11be1imitedtouseon1yinconjunctionwiththeToo1ing,whetherbytheCJ1Roranothersupp1ier.供应商应按CJ1R的要求，提供操作、调校或维修该工装模具所需全部软件的源代码、目标代码及相关文件的副本，同时还应提供CJ1R继续使用模具的许可授权。无论是对于CJ1R或是其他供应商，此许可仅限于工装模具使用。i. Too1mode1sandtoo1printsareconsideredpartoftheToo1ingandownedbytheCJ1R.软模及图纸视作工装模具的一部分，其所有权属于CJ1Rj.
