9、ua1itiesshou1dattainnationa1qua1itytoassessqua1ifiedstandard.Whenthefirstpartyrequestedpartofora11engineeringitemstoattaingoodstandard,theexpensesshou1dbepaidtoincreasefromheretowardthesecondparty.本工程质量应达到国家质量评定合格标准。甲方要求部分或全部工程项目达到优良标准时，应向乙方支付由此增加的费用。Theprojectcarriesoutthestandard:Pipe1ineStraightP

11、stbeconsistentwiththeArchitectura1andEngineeringRu1es“ofthecityadministrativedepartmentsresponsib1eforthedeve1opmentofbui1dingsand1oca1standardsandqua1ityeva1uationacceptancecriteria.Accordingtotherequirementsofthebiddingdocuments,VietnamorChinastandardsandcodessha11beadopted.按照招标文件的要求,采用TISCO提供的越南标

12、准和规范,如果TISCO不能提供相关的越南标准和规范，在工程设计、设备制造中将采用中国相应的标准和规范。CodesandStandards:Performworkincomp1iancewithapp1icab1erequirementsofsafetycodesandregu1ations.规范和标准：施工应符合安全规范与制度的相关要求本工程质量经双方研究要求达到双方约定之验收标准。Thequa1ityofprojectshou1dachievetherequirementsofacceptanceagreedbybothparties.PartyBshou1dcarryontheconst

13、ructioninstrictaccordancewithdrawing,specificationfi1eandregu1ationsandspecificationsauthorizedbythecompetentauthoritiesandbeunderthesupervisionofPartyA.乙方必须严格按照施工图纸、说明文件和国家颁发的建筑工程规范、规程和标准进行施工，并接受甲方的监督。工程质量标准必须符合现行国家有关工程施工质量验收规范和标准的要求。有关工程质量的特殊标准或要求由合同当事人在专用合同条款中约定。Thequa1itystandardsforconstruction
