11、h1awsandregu1ationsandtheamendmentandrep1acementthereofthatmaybeenactedfromtimetotime.(b) ThetermsdefinedinthisAgreementinsingu1arformsha11havecorre1ativemeaningwhenusedinp1ura1formorviceversa.(c) Anyreferencetoanartic1eorappendixsha11meanareferencetoartic1esorappendicesinthisAgreement.(d) Headingso

THEFACI1ITYANDPURPOSE2.1 TheFaci1itySubjecttothetermsofthisAgreementandinre1ianceontherepresentations,warrantiesandcovenantofBorrowersetforthinthisAgreement,the1endermakesavai1ab1etotheBorro
