5、展为目标、以学生自主学习与探究为主体的新型教学模式。随着新课程改革的不断深入，传统的课堂管理方式已经逐渐显露出其固有的弊端。这种管理模式正在阻碍着我们前进的速度，使我们的课堂仍旧以行为控制为中心而缺乏创造力。这就要求课堂管理必须进行改革。本文研究查阅了中外关于课程改革和课堂管理的研究，针对新课程实施中课堂管理出现的一些问题和现象做出分析，并提出新课程下教师课堂管理应与时俱进，只有采取行之有效的课堂管理策略，才能促进教学，使新课程改革真正落到实处。论文主要采取文献研究法、调查研究法、行动研究法本论文的价值体现在四个方面：首先本论文体现了新课程改革的核心“一切为了每一位学生的发展”，充分尊重学生的

6、主体个性，关注学生个性学习，关注学生的自主学习。其次，强调教师良好的师德和职业素养。教师应该自觉加强自身的道德修养，以自己的高尚人格教育和影响学生；还需要具备较高的职业素养一与时俱进的精神，探究精神和具备相应的教育心理学知识。这些都是有效课堂管理的重要前提。第三，能正确认识课堂的特点，明确课堂管理的必然性，站在学生的立场上理解学生。第四，本文所涉及的课堂管理策略都经过笔者长期的教学实践的检验，是十分有效的方法。本论文由五个部分组成：第一章，引言（包括问题的提出，国内外研究现状，研究对象与方法三部分）；第二章，课堂管理现状；第三章，新课程背景下课堂管理的前提和原则；第四章，课堂管理的具体策略；第

7、五章，结论。经过研究和实践，运用正确的课堂管理策略，能针对学生需要，满足学生的发展，融洽师生之间、生生之间的关系，管理加强预见性,提前采取有效措施，预防对课堂教学的干扰。创造良好课堂心理气氛,有效的管理好课堂。论文表明，现代课堂要在不断变化的环境中有效地发挥其完整的作用，确实需要灵活而民主的课堂管理。【关键词】新课程课堂管理策略Withthereformanddeepeningofthenewcurricu1um,somedrawbacksoftraditiona1c1assroommanagementhavebeenappearing.Therefore,itisrequiredthatap
