2、ofBache1orofArtsSchoo1ofForeignStudiesNantongUniversityJune2023冰与火之歌:权力的游戏是美国畅销小说家乔治R-R-马丁的中世纪史诗奇幻系列小说,被翻译成多种文字,全球反响热烈,具有较高的文学研究价值。该作品勾勒了一幅幅权力相争的史诗画面,人物形象塑造生动鲜明,很多场景中人物对话充满了语言智慧和魅力,使用大量隐喻。在跨文化理解过程中,语言对话中的隐喻翻译的准确度成为耐人揣摩的研究选题。本课题旨在以目的论三原则为理论指导,研究冰与火之歌:权力的游戏里一些典型对话中的隐喻翻译策略,衡量其翻译质量,分析原语和目的语的表达差异,研究中文译文的
3、表达效用。研究发现:语料中的隐喻翻译均符合目的论三原则,能达到促进文化交流、符合对话语境及发言人特征、忠实源语内涵、符合目的语表达特征的效用。译者在翻译隐喻的过程中主要采取以下策略:直译、喻体转换、去隐喻化及增补法。希望借此发现能够继续丰富该小说的相关研究,同时也为译者及研究人员进行相关奇幻文学翻译实践或研究提供可能性参考。关键词:目的论,冰与火之歌:权力的游戏,对话中的隐喻,隐喻翻译ABSTRACTASongofIceandFireisaseriesofmedieva1epicfantasynove1sbyAmericanbestse11ingauthorGeorgeR.R.Martin,A

5、ntheprocessofcross-cu1tura1communication,theaccuracyofthetrans1ationofmetaphorsindia1ogueisathoughtprovokingresearchtopic.Thisthesis,fromtheperspectiveofthethreeru1esofSkopostheory,aimstostudythetrans1atingmethodsofmetaphorsintheconversationsofASongofIceandFire:GameofThrones,measurethetrans1ationqua
