1、牧草滚筒干燥机设计本次设计的牧草滚筒干燥机，主要的设计部分是滚筒，也就是筒体，筒体的设计是采用卧式牧草滚筒干燥机的机体设计结构。筒体可以实现进行热的干燥过程，又质的传递牧草和输送物料的过程，在设计中筒体的结构大小，标志着本次设计的卧式牧草滚筒干燥机结构的规格和在使用工作中的生产能力。所以在设计中筒体的结构设计应具有材料商的足够的刚度和使用的强度。在筒体的安装和工作运转中，必须使得结构能够保持轴线的直线性，以及筒体截面的运动的圆度。在筒体的结构设计上材料可以采用Q235钢也可以使用普通的低合金钢来选择筒体的材料。在性能上可以更好的提高了设备的传热的效率，在设计中考虑牧草滚筒干燥机在使用上充分发挥

2、了设备的蒸汽性能，降低了加热的蒸汽的消耗量，达到节能的作用;在本质上在现有的市场上的设备基础上提高了牧草滚筒干燥机的加热列管的加热管壁温度，增加牧草滚筒干燥机的处理量,提高对牧草的干燥的效率。在设计中应根据物料的种类进行分析和物料的含水量的不同进行分析，制定合理的设计温度；当物料的含水量比较低时，设计的温度应比一般的值相应高些，反之设计的温度应低些。根据物料的含水量的不同，可对牧草滚筒干燥机进行加热的润湿以及加热去水的分析。在本次的设计中轴的设计，在整个的设计工作中的另一个重要方面，是实现轴一根与另一根轴，在传动之间的一个直接的联接方法。在采用联轴器把相邻的两个轴实现端联接的方式连接起来。在牧

Essentially, on the basis of the existing market equipment, it can improve theheating tube wall temperature of the heating tube of the forage drum dryer and increase thedrying of the forage drum. When the moisturecontent of materials is relatively low, the design temperature should be higher than the generalv

9、alue, otherwise the design temperature should be lower. According to the different moisturecontent of the material, the wetting and dewatering of the forage drum dryer can be analyzedby heating. In this design, another important aspect of the whole design work is to realize adirect connection betwee

10、n one shaft and another shaft in the transmission. The two adjacentshafts are connected by coupling to realize end connection. 13、设备，提升干燥的工作效率。在设备的生产管理是实现更加节省成本的生产模式。在牧草的大批量的处理上和生产中实现全程中最为关键的干燥环节。在植物生产的牧草加工过程中，实现牧草物料在进行预处理阶段上是非常关键的,在国内的一些干燥厂。实现牧草干燥普遍采用步骤和专门的设计的装置就是现有市场上的牧草滚筒干燥机结构。但是在目前的一些干燥厂中生产的尤其是中小干燥机设备,对该设备的工艺及设设备工作效率等的计算熟悉设计的程度不足,所以,在对牧草滚筒干燥机的工艺的研究上以及设计中的计算就显得非常的重要。使得牧草滚筒干燥机在对物料加工干燥过程中，体现出一道最为关键的设计工序。是对牧草的调节，使得物料的水分和温度下不断的

15、代化发展的干燥技术，在不断的取得的成绩。在我国的相关科研人员和设计上以及企业界的干燥技术的共同努力的结果，虽然不断的取得了干燥上的不少可喜的成果，但是在生产制造上的企业间的还是存在竞争，在生产上尚不规范，不断的阻碍了我国干燥技术在创新上的健康发展，使得很多的成果在生产上尚未能转化为牧草加工生产的生产力，使得企业在整个的产品上得不到更好的更新。在干燥技术的研究上，既要使得研究的不同牧草的物料的可以实现干燥的性能，也要研究设备在各种节能工作上的高效能力。以及一定的牧草物料在干燥上的怎么实现干燥设备等。使用合理的操作在辅助生产。人们在这些方面一直希望通过对牧草的干燥理论的设计和研究建立牧草滚筒式干燥的模型，在牧草滚筒干燥机的设计和计算机上可以更好的取得牧草滚筒干燥机的发展的最佳结果。直到今天的牧草滚筒干燥机发展中，对于一些其他物料的干燥机，在一个无经验的发展情况下，只能实现通过试验的方式来取得设备设计的相关数据，再生产制造
