1、靖宇县中学体育教学中应用体育游戏的研究以第三中学为例ResearchontheApp1icationofSportsGamesinthePETeachinginJingyuCountyMidd1eSchoo1TakingtheThirdMidd1eSchoo1asanExamp1e摘要中学体育改革已经经历了探索阶段,发展到素质教育的验证阶段。由此,我们应该认真总结过去的经验教训,学习和贯彻新的国家课程标准,遵循“健康第一”的指导思想,把学生的心理,生理和社会完全结合起来。使学生正确认识自己,增强自我调节,抗挫折和适应环境的能力,形成健康的心理素质;33.发展体质,增强体质,培养终身锻炼意识,提
2、高身心健康水平。新的课程标准提出了“健康第一”的指导思想,构建了三个层次的课程目标,但对具体的教学内容和方法没有要求。这为广大体育教师充分发挥其主观能动性提供了充足的教学空间,并可以根据学校的具体情况灵活安排教学内容和方法;体育教师更加重视体育教学方法的改革,运用有效的方法激发学生对身心发展的理解和兴趣,训练学生掌握体育技术,技能和所学知识的灵活运用。在对当前中学生身体健康状况进行评估的基础上,本研窕侧重于体育课在体育课堂中的灵活运用,并在教学过程中充分体现了健康第一的指导思想。在体育教学过程中,体育游戏可以使学生对体育产生浓厚的兴趣,易于接受教学内容;体育游戏可以促进中学生的身心健康,促进身
3、体机能的发展,使学生更容易接受体育运动,并使教学内容更容易获得。它可以生动活泼,增加快乐体育思想的氛围,并成为中学生全面,道德,智力和身体发展的有效手段。本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、访谈法、逻辑分析法。在教学实验中抽取了靖宇县第三中学八年级9班和10班85名学生进行教学实验,编排适用于体育的体育游戏并将其引入到中学体育教学中,进行教学实验。通过教学实验对学生学习兴趣、学习动机、身体素质以及体育技能掌握情况进行调查分析,最终得出以下结论:1 .靖宇县第三中学体育游戏应用于初中体育课堂之后,初中生对体育课的兴趣增强。2 .靖宇县第三中学体育游戏初中体育课堂应用之后,学生对体育课
4、的感受发生了变化,多数学生不再无聊和没意思,对体育课的积极性显著增强。3 .在体育游戏应用到初中体育课堂教学之后,学生的体育运动习惯发生了很大的变化,朝着更好的方向发展。4 .靖宇县第三中学体育游戏在中学体育教学中应用之后,实验班学生身体素质提高幅度明显大于对照班。5 .靖宇县中学体育游戏教学对初中学生社会适应能力影响结果:实验班的社会适应能力比对照班的学生有差异。6 .通过实验后实验班的积极情感分数提高而对照班的提高幅度不大,这说明通过体育游戏教学增强体育教学的效果。关键词:体育游戏;中学;体育课堂教学;实验研究AbstractThereformofmidd1eschoo1physica1e
