2、arketshareincurrentlyfiercebusinesscompetition,managershavetotakeoutconcretemeasurestotackledownchanges.Changescanbeclassifiedintovariouscategoriesintermsofitsdrivenfactors.Forinstance,duetotheadjustmentofpersonnelororganizationalstructure,thereareinternalchangesliketransferofpersonnelorstructuralad

3、justment.Inaddition,assignificantpropertiesinsociety,organizationsalsodeeplyinfluencedbypoliticaLeconomicalorsocial-culturalenvironment,whichcanbeconcludedasexternalfactors(OmaerKenichi.1982).Undersuchcircumstance,organizationsoftenconfrontedwithrapidindividualororganizationalchangesdrivenbyexternal

4、forces.Withthisregard,managersshouldbeabletoprovidesuccessfulleadershipandasenseofdirection,whichindicatethatinmodernbusinesssociety,managersshouldpossessesessentialpersonalqualificationstodealwithchangesinorganizationdrivenbybothinternalandexternalfactors.()Inthemanagementofchangebusinesssimulation

10、thebasicrightsandresponsibilitiesofthejob(Collins,JamesC.2000).Forinstance,asformanufacturingmanager,itrequiresthatindividualshouldhaveaclearunderstandingtowardsthemanufacturingprocessofcertainproducts,rawmaterialsupply,stockconditionaswellasdistributionoffinishedproducts.Intermsoftheunderstandingto

11、wardstheorganization,themanagershouldhaveagoodcommandoforganizationalculture,corevalueaswellasitsstrategicmap.Gainingafundamentalunderstandingtowardsthepositionandorganizationshouldbeoneoftheimportantcompetencyofmanagers,whichmayplaysanimportantroleinthefollowingmanagementwork.Duringthebusinesssimul

12、ationatLedgecompany,theexperienceofbeingamanufacturingmanagermademerealizethesignificanceoflearningpositionsandmanufacturingproceduresahead.Onthefirstdayofthesimulation,wegotorderscanceledandlostprofitsunfortunately.Thereasonforthefailurewasthatatthattime,Ifailtobeawarethatmanufacturingmanagershould
