3、justment.Inaddition,assignificantpropertiesinsociety,organizationsalsodeeplyinfluencedbypoliticaLeconomicalorsocial-culturalenvironment,whichcanbeconcludedasexternalfactors(OmaerKenichi.1982).Undersuchcircumstance,organizationsoftenconfrontedwithrapidindividualororganizationalchangesdrivenbyexternal

11、wardstheorganization,themanagershouldhaveagoodcommandoforganizationalculture,corevalueaswellasitsstrategicmap.Gainingafundamentalunderstandingtowardsthepositionandorganizationshouldbeoneoftheimportantcompetencyofmanagers,whichmayplaysanimportantroleinthefollowingmanagementwork.Duringthebusinesssimul
