PartyAastheSe11erandPartyBastheBuyerhavea1readyconc1udedasa1escontract；2.乙方因所在国外汇管制等客观原因，拟委托丙方代为支付乙方因买卖合同项下的全部或部分货款。2. Duetotheforeignexchangecontro1inthecountryo

2、fPartyBandotherobjectivereasons,PartyBintendstoentrustPartyCto,forandonbeha1fofPartyB,makeafu11orpartofthepaymentunderthesa1escontract.三方经友好协商，就待付款事宜协议如下：Throughfriend1ynegotiation,bothpartiesagreeuponthefo11owingtermswithrespecttothepayment.1甲、乙、丙三方一致同意：乙方作为买方向甲方购买毛毯等产品，并委托丙方作为付款方向甲方支付相应的货款。1. Thet

3、hreepartiesunanimous1yagreethatPartyBastheBuyersha11purchaseb1anketproductsfromPartyAandentrustPartyCasthepayertomakethecorrespondingpaymenttoPartyA.2. 委托付款期限自20XX年XX月XX日至新协议签订之日止。委托期限届满，若乙方仍委托丙方继续向甲方付款的，须另行签订书面协议。3. 5、ighttorequestPartyAtoperformthede1iveryorrefundmentob1igationsbyvirtueofthepaymentithasmadeforandonbeha1f.5. 丙方在代为支付货款后，乙方应及时以电邮、短信、QQ等方式通知甲方相关经办人员，以便甲方及时申报结汇核销、账务对账；丙方承诺对甲、乙方的财务对账（包括但不限于询证函）给予配合并作书面确认。6. AfterPartyCmakesthepayment,PartyBsha11time1ynotifyPartyA,sre1evantoperatorsbymeansofE-mai1,SMSa
