1、本工程位于*,地上五层，总建筑面积25224A西临红旗大街，东临实验楼，北临教学主楼。占地面积7012.54m20一层为图书馆和档案馆;二层为图书馆主门厅、报告厅和休息厅等；三层为刊物阅览室和综合阅览室；四层为自习室和综合阅览室；五层为电子阅览室和教师阅览室。建筑总高度为23.90m,层高：1层为4.80m；2-5层为4.50m、报告厅为10.3一.56m。本工程施工组织设计的编制主要依据目前国家对建设工程质量、工期、安全生产、文明施工、降低噪声、保护环境等一系列的具体化要求，依照中华人民共和国建筑法、建设工程质量管理条例、国家现行建筑工程施工与验收技术规范、黑龙江工程学院图书馆工程招标文件以
