3、toeva1uatethecytogeneticpotentia1ofA12O3NPsinA11iumcepa(roottipce11s)atarangeofexposureconcentrations(0.01,0.1,1,10,and100gm1),theiruptake/intema1izationprofi1e,andtheoxidativestressgenerated.Wenotedadose-dependentdecreaseinthemitoticindex(42to28%)andanincreaseinthenumberofchromosoma1aberrations.Var
