The government can,t decide the public budget as free as it used to be, but it shouldto consider whether it can meet the social public expectations. In the current budget system,people sometimes fe
4、el like the governments investment is not reasonable, but unable to expresstheir own opinions; or they can express, but too little effect. This is a normal social phenomenonin a country which hasnt established panicipatorjr budget system. At present, some countries orregions in the world have achiev
5、ed participatory budget system, so as to standardize thegovernment budget behavior, and get the experience worthy of learning. This paper starting fromthe actual condition of our country, learn from the legislative experience of the relevant countriesand areas, concluded whether its possible for Chi
6、na to make participatory legislation. On the basisof the above analysis, make a feasibility of the participatory budget legislation for our country,which is expected to perfect our budget law system, promoting the transparency and scientific ingovernment management.In this paper, the empirical resea
7、rch method, comparative analysis method, data accessmethod and other methods are used to study the participatory budget system.
