1、附录A压力机基础有阻尼动力系数ax值的计算A.0.1压力机属于冲击式机器,其振动荷载在动力分析时可采用脉冲函数来描述冲击作用;脉冲函数可采用后峰齿形、对称三角形、矩形脉冲、正弦半波、正矢脉冲等。脉冲函数的选用应以设备厂家提供的振动荷载资料或通过试验结果确定,当上述条件不能满足时。可根据压力机设备类型和工艺条件确定,选用方式按表A.0.1o表Ao1脉冲函数选用表名称函数时域特性冲击响应谱适用范围矩形Q01t热模锻起始阶段水平力FH,锻压阶段竖向力FVPW=ax(O0)O(其他情况)/012345正弦半波P.热模锻起始阶段力矩M摩擦螺旋竖向力FvP=,axsin(0幻O(其他情况)01234(,4
