It is a noticeable signal in everydaybehavior of a human being as an element ofculture and

The international Day of“The White Cane was a motive, through awide range of activities, to suggest imperativesolution of a great number of problems the blindpeople are facing in present conditions of thetransition of society with its professional andstate institutions; establishing standard
