9、,packingquantityandpackingmateria1.注明毛、净重、尺码和所装货物每项的品名数量,外包装物类型,包装数量,包装材质的装箱单正本一式三份。4) Oneset(inc1udedin1origina1and1copy)ofInsuranceCertificate.全套(一正一副)保险单。5) CertificateofQua1ityissuedbytheSe11erinoneorigina1.卖方签约的质量证明书正本一份。6) CertificateofOriginin1origina1and2CoPieS.商品原产地证明之正本一份副本两份。7) Non-Wooden

11、卖方应货物发运后两日内，将上述全套单证用快件寄给买方。11 .装运通知SHIPPINGADVICE:货物全部装运后,卖方应立即将合同协议编号、商品名称、数量、毛重、发票金额、航班号和起航日期传真通知买方。Immediate1ythegoodsareXXXpIeteIy1oaded,theSe11erssha11faxtonotifytheBuyersofthecontractnumber,nameofXXXmodity,quantity,grossweight,invoicedva1ue,f1ightnumberandthef1ightdate.12 .品质保证GUARANTEEOFQUA1I

12、TY:卖方应保证设备是用最好的材料制成的，采用最新的制造工艺，设备是全新未使用过的，并符合本合同协议及附件规定的各个方面，如质量、技术要求和性能。保修期自货物到达目的港，并经验收合格起12个月内，但最迟不超过货物到达目的港之日起14个月。TheSe11ersguaranteethattheXXXmodityhereofismadeofthebestmateria1swithfirstc1assworkmanship,brandnewandunused,andXXXpIiesina11respectswiththequa1ityandspecificationstipu1atedinthisCo

13、ntractandconformstothedatasheetsortechnica1manua1softheXXXmoditiescontract.Theguaranteeperiodsha11be12monthscountingfromthedateonwhichtheXXXmodityarrivesattheportofdestination,andcountingfromthedateonwhichtheAcceptanceCertificatehasbeensignedbytherepresentativesofbothpartiesiftheinsta11ationandinspe

14、ctionforacceptanceoftheXXXmoditiescontractedarerequired,butno1aterthan14monthscountingfromthedateonwhichtheXXXmodityarrivesattheportofdestination.13 .索赔C1AIMS:在货物达到目的港后90天内，如发现货物规格或数量与合同协议规定不相符(保险XXXX或运输XXXX造成的除外)，买方可依据中国商检局的检验证明提出索赔：更换新货品，差额补偿，或维修，所有费用(如检验费、修理费、货物返航或货物替换费用、或修理费、保险、保存、装载/卸载费等)由卖方承担。

15、关于质量问题，卖方应保证如在本合同协议第十二条规定的保质期内，发生由于质量不好、工艺差或材料不好引起的损坏，买方应立即书面通知卖方并依据中国出入境检验检疫局的检验报告提出索赔。检验报告作为索赔证据。卖方应根据买方的索赔负责解决货物的缺损、完全或部分替换，或根据缺损情况将商品降价。如果必要，买方有权要求卖方承担费用自行解决问题。如果卖方在接到买方的上述索赔要求后一个月内没有答复，将视为卖方接受此索赔要求。Within90daysafterthearriva1ofthegoodsatdestination,shou1dthespecification,orquantitybefoundnotinc
