1、1一新风处理状态点M-风机盘管处理状态点第三章空气处理过程分析计算3.1空气处理状态点的确定根据凝智楼的建筑特点,末端空气处理过程采用风机盘管+独立新风系统的形式。新风由新风机组处理到室内空气蛤值,并直接送入室内,即新风与风机盘管并联送风。空气处理过程在蛤湿图上的表示如下图,此处忽略风机温升对空调过程的影响。图37夏季工况空气处理蛤湿图新风机组将室外新风W处理到与室内空气等蛤点1,风机盘管将回风从N点处理到M点然后与1状态的新风在室内大空间混合,达到送风状态点0,再沿热湿比线达到房间状态点N。冷却去湿新风机组混合冷却去湿A八N风机盘管0N该空调方案的设计和计算过程如下:1)根据室内外设计参数确
2、定W点和N点。2)确定新风处理后的状态点1室内控制状态点N的等始线与(P=90%95%的等相对湿度线的交点即为新风处理后的终状态点1。3)确定送风状态点O因为风机盘管加新风系统大多用于舒适性空调,一般不受送风温差的限制,可用最大送风温差送风,故已5=90%95%为确定O点的条件之一。过N点作线与(P=90%95%等相对湿度线相交,交点即为送风状态点Oo4)计算房间总送风量qm=(kgs)hN-0式中:Q一室内总冷负荷,kW;hN室内空气蛤值,kJ/kg;h0送风状态点蛤值,kJkgo5)计算风机盘管处理风量QmF=Qmqw)(kgs)式中:qm-房间总送风量,kg/s;qmW房间新风量,kg/
