HFOBM means free delivery on board in accordance with the 2020 Incoterms.1.3. “CIF” means that the goods / cargo will be delivered to the port of discharge. AH responsibility rests with the sender, all costs and

5、 transportation costs must be included in the price ofthe merchandise in accordance with the Incoterms 2020.1.4. Coal means thermal coal that meets the specifications set forth in this Seller Agreement.1.5. HSGSH means Certificate of Sampling and Analysis issued by the Independent Surveyor.1.6. By ,

HIndependent Surveyor*1 means SGS at the port of loading and Discharging as the accredited Independenl Surveyor who will ca

The term of this Agreement shall be effective from the date of signing of this Agreement until October, 2022 or until the sale and purchase performance of the Quantity total agreedupon under the Agreem

12、ent, whichever occurs first (Agreement Terms1*).2.2. 本协议有效期自本协议签署之日起至2023年3月止或直至本协议项下约定的全部数量的销售和采购履行为止，以先发生者为准(“协议条款ARTICLE 3 OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT第三条合同标的3.1. The Seller agrees to sell and supply, and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for the thermal coal, hereinafter referred to as “Coal or Goods

13、 or Cargo”.3.1 .卖方同意出售和供应动力煤，买方同意接受并支付动力煤(以下简称“煤”或“货物”或货物”)的价款。ARTICLE 4 PRODUCT AND QUANTITY第四条产品及数量4.1 .Product: Type B thermal coal, fraction 0-50 mm.4.2 .产品:B型动力煤，粒度0-5()mm。4.3 Quantity: 2,160,000 MT +/- 10% per year, 180,000MT/month.4.4 数量:216万吨/年+/10%,每月发运18万吨。4.5 . Delivery period: from March

14、 2022 to March 2023.4.6 .交付期限:2()22年3月至2023年3月。ARTICLE 5 CONDITIONS AND BASIS OF DELIVERY OF THE GOODS第五条货物交付的条件和基础5.1. Delivery of Product shall be performed within 12 (twelve) calendar months by ship parties in accordance with the Goods Delivery Schedule (Appendix No. 2 of this Contract).5.2. 发货方应

The deadline for approval of monthly delivery schedule of the consignment for the next mont
