1、摘要随着科技的不断发展与进步，计算机技术己经应用到社会的各个领域，各种基于WEB的信息管理系统己经进入到我国各行各业中，在信息管理中发挥了重要作用。为适应时代的要求，高校的后勤公寓管理需要越来越周到、全面、先进、高效地工作，以实现科学化、信息化。高校是学生学习生活的重要场所，也是学生活动最频繁的地方，因此宿舍管理、房屋管理以及设备管理等成为衡量高校管理水平的重要指标，关系到全校师生的切身利益，并且也保证了高校学生的财产的安全和自身的安全，也关系到高校的办学声誉和教辅质量。近几年，高校招生规模不断扩大，学生人数不断增多，如何保障学生的生活、休息场所正常运行，提高公寓管理的工作效率，使公寓管理走向

2、智能化的道路，成为学校领导所关心的问题。伴随着大型企业ERP系统的引入，高校对信息化数据处理的要求也日益迫切，并着手建设信息化管理体系，开发切合自身需求的信息系统。对于学生住宿的现状，高校的学生公寓管理系统正是高校在信息化建设上的又一举措，顺应了社会发展的趋势。本文首先通过需求分析，一方面明确本系统开发所采用的技术，另一方面明确后勤学生管理的设计方法，选择合理的设计方法，力求所建立的系统能够实时的保证系统的实现。本文以B/S结构为基础开发了一款后勤学生公寓管理系统，它解决了传统的手工评估操作出现的效率低下和时间漫长等问题，与以往的方式不同的是新增了快速浏览、管理和分析等功能，其技术含量较高。本

3、文首先完成了系统的需求分析，确定了系统的主要功能和关键技术和架构；随后对系统的设计和实现过程进行详细阐述，对系统的架构、功能结构以及各个模块进行详细设计和实现，给出各个功能模块的类图，主要通过时序图、流程图等阐述各个模块的实现过程，最后完成系统数据库的设计，主要对Web服务器端的实现过程和管理模块的实现过程进行阐述；论文还通过系统的主界面、学生管理、出入登记管理以及维修管理等模块,完成了整个系统的开发的实现过程进行阐述；最后对系统的功能和性能进行测试，测试结果达到预期目标，系统运行平稳，功能执行正常，系统性能良好。在系统开发设计实现的过程中，逐步研究，从分析到设计，再到最后的实现。该系统经过开

4、发人员的测试、修改及逐步提高系统性能，最终达到了预期目标。能够进一步弥补高校学生公寓的管理体系构建中的不足，同时通过开发后勤学生公寓管理系统来提高后勤管理工作的效率，并且对于高校的学生公寓的后勤管理工作的效率也相对的进行的提高，保证了学生的公寓安全，对提高高校的整体教学质量也起到关键作用，具有很强的现实意义。关 键词：后勤公寓管理系统；Servlet技术；Filter技术；数据库ABSTRACTABSTRACTWith the continuous development and progress of science and technology, computertechnology ha
