1、船舶演习及记录范本SHIP,SDRI11ANDRECORDSAMP1EFORMAT为了规范船舶演习及记录，现将船舶演习细节规范如下，请各轮船长、船员参照执行：Forstandardizationshipsdri11andrecord,nowwedetai1itscriterionasfo11ow,p1easerefertoandadheretobyeachmasterandchiefengineer一、消防演习firefightingdri111、事故发生时的实际应变反应：actua1responseuponhappening(1)当船舶发生火灾时，应立即发出相应部位的消防警报信号，全体船员听

2、到警报信号后，应立即按应变部署表的分工进行灭火。Soundrespectivefirea1armimmediate1ywhenitsonfire,thecrewmembershou1dtakeactiontofightfireuponreceiveingthea1arminaccordancewiththeassignedtaskindicatedinmuster1ist(2)命令现场指挥派出探火人员(或消防员)，迅速查明火源，火灾现况，并报告船长；如有船员，要积极搜救。Ordertheonscenecommandertoarrangefiremanfordetectionoffireimme

5、1d)船长要：thecaptainshou1d命令三副到大型C02系统灭火站，做好相应准备，并派人监督三副执行，准备完毕向船长报告；Instrut3rdmatetoC02stationtogeteverythingready,hisperformancetobeundersupervisionbyotherperson,reporttomasteruponready命令火灾现场人员撤离，部门长清点人数；Ordertoevacuatea11personne1onsiteandheadacountbydepartment1eader命令切断风、油、电，关闭挡火闸门；封闭机舱所有出入口和风门、烟囱百

6、叶窗/封闭货舱和大舱通风筒。Ordertoshutoffventi1ation,oi1supp1y,e1ectrica1power,shutdownfiredamper；c1osea11engineroomaccessandexits,venti1ationdoors、funne1firef1aps/c1osedownho1dsventi1ation在确认上述步骤都完成后，命令三副施放C02,施放完毕向船长报告。C02施放后，要经过长时间冷却(1224小时)，才可派人进入封闭舱探火。探火人员应该背带空气呼吸器和耐火安全绳，在有专人配合下进行探火。Whenabovestepsconfirmedt

10、的排量至少25立方米/小时)。不可以作弊方式保证压力充足，特别是PSC检查时。应定期设计安排学习释放大型C02灭火系统和风油切断系统，使用消防员装备，并熟悉联络信号。应培训船员熟悉船舶布置和可能需要使用的任何灭火系统和设备的位置及操作，熟悉应急逃生呼吸器，评估承担灭火职责的船员的能力，演习中还应进行相关培训，如冷水效应、灭火器使用、着火仓室开门方法、防火分隔、大型C02灭火系统、风油切断系统、消防员装备、探火方法、联络信号、现场与驾驶台联络等，并记入航海日志。还应检查水密门、防火门、感烟系统、国际通岸接头并记入航海日志。Theemergencyfirepumptobestartedasquic
