1、FD020-M04工位的部分焊装夹具设计摘要汽车车身是汽车的重要组成部分,在汽车车身的加工过程中焊接过程是必不可少的。根据焊接目的设计相应的夹具辅助焊接可以节约焊接时间,节省焊接成本,同时提升生产效率。本课题是基于 CATIA 汽车车门钱链加强版总成的焊装夹具设计,即对车门钱链加强板这一工位进行准确合理的焊装夹具设计。本文应用三维设计软件CATIA 对焊装夹具进行参数化设计。借助于三维设计软件设计出结构合理、工艺可行的焊装夹具,完成汽车车门较链加强板总成工位中部分焊装夹具的三维设计。本文讲述了在利用 CATIA 软件进行夹具设计时的步骤及出现过的各种问题,还有我解决的办法。本文设计了三套焊装夹
2、具用于辅助汽车车身制造中的焊接过程,在焊接过程中,夹具可以夹紧工件的相关部件,保证车身焊接过程的质量和效率。从对工件的分析开始,找准定位,再到旋转点的选取,最后设计符合要求的焊装夹具。每个零件的选用,每个夹具的工作原理都在本文中有所讲解。通过分析研究夹具的用处和设计思路,我完成了几套焊装夹具设计。我准确的分析研究了各个零件的形状尺寸,以及各方面的工艺要求,绘制出了定位块和夹块以及连接板等零件。然后选取合适的气缸、支架等标准件及薄型气缸等外购件进行装配。我所绘制的零件的尺寸是与夹具的设计要求相关的,孔的尺寸大小要与我采用钉和销的尺寸相符合。其中旋转点的确定是难点,我曾多次出现夹具干涉的问题;在外
3、调或降低旋转点的位置后,找到了保证夹具能够打开的旋转点。焊装夹具的三维模型借助CATIA 软件完成,在完成夹具的三维设计后,我绘制出了各套夹具的装配图及零件图,能够方便我们更加清晰准确的了解夹具的尺寸、定位精度以及工件的各种信息。以上便是我完成焊装夹具设计的具体方案。通过很多次的分析整改之后,我找到了更加符合设计要求的夹具设计方案。期间出现的各种问题,包括旋转点的选择错误以及连接板的尺寸错误使我能够更加完善夹具的设计。在完成了三套焊装夹具的设计后,我绘制出了三套夹具的装配图和所有设计工件的零件图。本次的焊装夹具设计使我对车身的焊接和焊装夹具的工作原理和构成有了更深的理解,提升了我在实际的设计生

In this paper, three-dimensional designsoftware CAT

With the help of three-dimensional design software, the welding fixture with reasonable structure and feasibletechnology is designed to complete the three-dimensional design of part of the weldingfixture in the automobile door hinge reinforcement
7、plate assembly station.This paper describes the steps and problems of fixture design using CATIA software,as well as my solutions. In this paper, three sets of welding fixtures are designed to assist thewelding process in the automobile body manufacturing. In the welding process, the fixturecan clam
8、p the relevant parts of the workpiece to ensure the quality and efficiency of the bodywelding process. Starting from the analysis of the workpiece, positioning, and then to theselection of the rotation point, finally design the welding fixture that meets the requirements.The selection of each part a
9、nd the working principle of each fixture are explained in thispaper.Through the analysis of the use of fixture and design ideas, 1 completed several sets ofwelding fixture design. I accurately analyzed and studied the shape and size of each part, aswell as various aspects of the process requirements
10、, and drew the positioning block, clampblock, connecting plate and other parts. Then select the appropriate cylinder, bracket andother standard parts and thin cylinder and other purchased parts for assembly. The size ofthe parts I draw is related to the design requirements of the fixture, and the si
11、ze of the holeshould be consistent with the size of the pin and pin I use. Among them, the determinationof the rotation point is the difficulty, I have repeatedly encountered the problem of fixtureinterference; After adjusting or reducing the position of the rotation point, we find therotation point
12、 to ensure the fixture can be opened. The three-dimensional model of weldingfixture is completed by CATIA software. After the three-dimensional design of the fixture iscompleted, I draw the assembly drawing and part drawing of each set of fixture, which canfacilitate us to understand the size, posit
13、ioning accuracy and various information of theworkpiece more clearly and accurately. The above is the specific scheme for me to completethe welding fixture design.After many times of analysis and rectification, I found a more in line with the designrequirements of fixture design. During the various
14、problems, including the wrong selectionof the rotation point and the wrong size of the connecting plate, I can more perfect the designof the fixture. After completing the design of three sets of welding fixtures, I drew theassembly drawings of three sets of fixtures and the part drawings of all desi
15、gned workpieces.The welding fixture design makes me have a deeper understanding of the working principleand composition of the body welding and welding fixture, and improves my control of theuse of theoretical knowledge and details in the actual design and production.Key words:welding fixture, CATIA
