1、CP型船用水喷射泵CP Marine jet pump操作手册operation manualL概述:CP型喷射泵(J型吸入口、排出口和喷嘴在同一轴线上,工作水管弯曲呈J型,工作水法兰与吸入口、排出口法兰垂直;T型吸入口与泵轴线垂直)安装方便、效率高,无运动部件,使用寿命长,具有自吸功能,能连续稳定地工作。CP型喷射泵主要用于舰船排疏水系统,也可用于环保、化工、水利、建材等行业,进行抽排海淡水,混合液体、河道疏浚、输送粉体等。2 .性能参数:-序号名称型号吸入流量m3/h吸高m排出压力MPa工作水压力MPa工作水流量m3/h1压载扫舱喷射泵CPJ350-0. 3-0. 1635050. 160

2、.321002压载扫舱喷射泵CPJ200-0. 8-0. 1820050. 180.82703舱底水喷射泵CPJ100-0. 9-0.210050. 200.91504艄部舱底水喷射泵CPT65-0. 6-0. 26550.20.61303 .结构及原理说明:排出口1.吸入室2.喷嘴3.混合室 4.扩散室L吸入室 2,喷嘴3,混合室4.扩散室3.1 主要零件说明(1)喷射泵由下列主要零件组成: 喷嘴;吸入室;混合室;扩散室。(2)喷嘴材料一般采用ZCuA19Mn2或不锈钢,吸入室、混合室和扩散室材料一般采用ZCuZnl6Si4或青铜,经加工后按规定的液压进行强度试验。(3)喷射泵其工作水进口、

3、吸入口和排出口均采用船用法兰的形式。3 . 2工作原理喷射泵是依靠液体撞击来传递能量的。即:高压的工作水流经过喷嘴速度大大增加,形成高速水流射出,从而使压力降低。由于工作水的射流与空气之间的粘滞作用,高速水流把混合室进口处的空气带走,从而形成真空状态,在压差的作用下,被抽吸的水就被吸入。在混合室进口处被抽吸的水流与高速的工作水流开始混合,发生撞击,并进入混合室。这样,工作水流的速度降低,被抽吸水流的速度增力口,两股水流的速度逐渐趋于一致。直至完全混合,而混合室内的压力逐渐上升。混合后的水流再流入扩散室,使速度能进一步转变为压力能,然后从扩散室出口排出。4 .使用及维护保养4.1 工作过程首先检

4、查各管路系统的密封情况,然后将工作水管的阀门打开一点,使混合室内的空气带出去,再将吸入管路和工作水管上的阀门全部打开,使水喷射泵正常工作,再调至额定工况。4.2 安装要求以及建议(1)喷射泵可垂直或水平安装,非特殊情况请水平布置;(2)喷射泵吸入管的安装高度、长度和管径应该经过核算,力求简短(如尽量减少阀门、弯头等),减少不必要的水力损失,确保泵满足规定参数要求;排出口管道计算管路损失,控制流速在规定范围以内;(3)在泵的吸入和排出管路上分别装上合适的真空表和压力表,以便对运行工作状态进行监视;(4)安装管路时,管路重量、弹性力等不得直接着力在泵上;(5)建议喷射泵进出口需要一定的直管长度(L

Diffusion end3.1 Description of main parts(1) water jet pump consists of the following main parts:1) nozzle;(2) suction room;The mixing room;Diffusion chamber.(2) nozzle materials are generally ZCuAI9Mn2 or stainless steel, suction chamber, mixingchamber and diffusi

10、on chamber materials are generally ZCuZn16Si4 or bronze, afterprocessing according to the provisions of the hydraulic strength test.(3) water jet pump its working water inlet, suction inlet and discharge outlet are in the form ofMarine flange.3.2 How it worksWater jet pumps rely on liquid impinges t

11、o transfer energy.That is, high pressure workingwater flow through the nozzle speed increases greatly, forming high speed water injection,thus reducing the pressure.Due to the viscous action between the jet of working water and air,the high-speed water flow takes away the air at the inlet of mixing

12、chamber, thus forming avacuum state. Under the action of pressure difference, the water to be pumped is inhaled.Atthe inlet of the mixing chamber, the suction water starts to mix with the high-speed workingwater, and then hits and enters the mixing chamber.Such, the speed of working currentdecreases

13、, the speed that is taken out bibulous current increases, the speed of two currenttends gradually consistent.And the pressure in the mixing chamber rises gradually.The mixedwater flows into the diffusion chamber, allowing the velocity to be further converted intopressure energy and then discharged f

14、rom the outlet of the diffusion chamber.4. Use and maintenance4.1 working processFirst check the sealing condition of each pipeline system, and then open the valve of theworking water pipe a little to bring out the air in the mixing room, and then open all the valvesof the suction pipe and the worki

15、ng water pipe to make the water injection pump work normally,and then adjust to the rated working condition.4.2 installation requirements and Suggestions(1) the jet pump can be installed vertically or horizontally, and horizontal arrangement isrecommended for non-special cases;(2) the installation height, length and pipe diameter of the suction pipe of the jet pump shouldbe ch
