All.2.4. 所有外地返回大连的员工（根据信息统计表），需要居家隔离14天。负责人：当事人，监控人：XXXAll co-workers travelled outside Dalian should stay at home for 14 days after getting back to Dalian.Res. Individual. 6、ttle bus disinfect, 2 times/Day, Res. Driver32乘车全程佩戴口罩，不能进食，班车车长负责上车测量体温。It is a MUST to wear Masks on the Bus, and no food inside the Bus. And there will be the Temperaturechecking. Res. 7、vidual.当员工体温超过37.3度时,不能上车,建议去医院或返回家中执行23。When the body temperature higher than 37.3 degree, co-worker should go to Hospital or go back home,you can follow 2.3.4 .门岗体温检查及消毒/Temperature Checking and Disinfection at the Gate4.1. 门岗员工的防护：护目镜，手套，口罩，负责人：门岗，当班员工代表Guards should wear Masks, Glasses, Gloves w

8、hen checking the temperature, Res. Guards and Peoplefrom company.42门岗员工对所有员工进行体温检查，腕部体温。Guards will check all co-workers1 temperature, the wrist position. Res. Guards4.3. 消毒，所有员工需要穿过消毒室进行身体消毒和鞋底消毒。Body disinfection, all co-worker should pass the disinfection room to clean the cloth and shoes.4.4. 间饮

9、水间放置免洗消毒凝胶。Set up sterile washing gel in drinking room当员工体温达到37.3度时,不能进厂,建议去医院或返回家中执行23。When the body temperature higher than 37.3 degree, co-worker should go to Hospital or go back home,you can follow 2.3.员工代表各班组轮转,每天4人次,早班2人,晚班2人。Factory people from every team, 4 people per day, 2 in dayshift and

10、2 in night shift.5 .工作安全/Safety at Working Place5.1. 门岗专人负责对员工全身进行消毒Disinfect the co-worker at the gate. Res. All52进更衣室之前洗手；Wash hand before go inside the locker room, Res. All53更衣期间不能摘口罩Wear Mask all the time inside the Locker room. Res. All54更衣后洗手，佩戴手套进入车间。Wash hand before enter the working space.

11、5.5. 工作期间全程佩戴口罩。Wear Mask the whole working time. Res. All56在自己的工作岗位喝水，喝水时口罩向上推，喝水后口罩复位。Drinking water at working place, and move Mask upward, back to position after drinking.5.7. 车间内禁止进食Eating in all workshop is forbidden.58进入洗手间前后需要洗手，期间不能摘除口罩Wash hand before going inside and outside the toilet, d

12、uring this time, wearing Mask.59当工作时感觉不适时，请及时联系EHS部门并到隔离室进行隔离。（具体程序参考第12点。）If you feel not good during daily work, please contact EHS department for double check.1.10. 员工需要对自己工位的桌椅、电脑、电话、考勤卡等个人用品进行消毒，公司会统一发放消毒用口口。Co-workers need to disinfect your table and chair, computer and telephone in your work

The company will distribute disinfection supplies1.11. 取消提供办公室的公共水杯，员工自行准备水杯。Cancel to provide the water cups in the office, co-workers prepare by themselves.1.12. 员工工装禁止穿出工厂外。PPE （clothes, shoes） is not allowed to wear outside the factory.1.13. 为降低接触感染机会，吸烟室疫情期间关闭

Cleaning Team62工作场所消毒，每天三次，白班开始前，交班期间，晚班结束。Work shop disinfection, 3 times per day, Res.
