3、Quality and Heavy Thickness. This standard will replace GB/T 3274-1998 Hot-rolled Plates and Strips of Carbon Structural Steels and High Strength Low Alloy Structural Steels. Compared with the original standard, the following main amendments are made: - GB/T 14977 and GB/T 18253 are supplemented int
4、o the normative reference; - ordering content is supplemented; - Provisions of surface quality are modified; - Provisions of weld repair are supplemented; - Group and batch provisions are modified.
