Theprovisionsofparagraph1sha11notprec1udeanyContractingStatefromprovidingthatapersonseekingjudicia1re1iefmust,inbrin

11、gingtheaction,comp1yWithprocedura1requirements,suchasthatthecomp1ainantmustappearthroughdomesticcounse1orthatthecomp1ainantmustdepositwiththecourtoranadministrativeoffice,orboth,acopyoftheworkinvo1vedinthe1itigation;providedthatfai1uretocomp1ywithsuchrequirementssha11notaffecttheVa1idityofthe保护的条件者，
