1、关于推广疫情防控“扫码通行”措施的通告(第13号)NoticeonthePromotionofuScan-and-Enter,JMeasuresforEpidemicPreventionandControl(No.13)根据我市疫情防控最新部署，为进一步筑牢“外防输入、内防反弹防线，切实保障群众生命安全和身体健康，现就在全市推广疫情防控“扫码通行”措施通告如下：Accordingtothelatestdeploymentofepidemicpreventionandcontrolinourcity,andinordertopreventthecoronavirusfromspreadingwi

2、thinthecityorbeyondandtoprotectthesafetyandhealthofourpeople,“scan-and-entermeasuresarenowannouncedasfollows:一、“扫码通行”是通过群众出示“苏康码”接受扫码或主动扫描“场所码”两种方式，实现不同场景查验“苏康码”的数字化防疫措施，适用于全市各类场所的出入口。1. uScan-and-enternmeasureisadigitalwaytopreventandcontrolthepandemic.YoucaneithergetyourJiangsuHealthCode1scannedor

3、proactivelyscanVenueCode”toenteravenue.Thismeasureisapplicabletotheentrancesofvariousplacesinthecity.二、各类场所责任人应根据场所性质和防疫要求，灵活选择“扫码通行”方式，安排专人落实“扫码通行”措施，做到逢进必扫、逢扫必验，不漏一人。2. Personsinchargeofvariousvenuesmaychoosedifferentscanningmethodaccordingtotheconditionofthevenueandneedtosetasidemanpowertoimpleme

4、ntthemeasureonsitesoastoensurethateachandeverypersonmustscanthecodebeforeenteringthevenue.三、个人进入场所时，应按照场所设置的“扫码通行”方式，主动完成“苏康码”查验。对于无法“扫码通行”的老人、儿童等人员，场所要严格落实人工方式登记。3. Whenenteringavenue,peopleshouldtaketheinitiativetogothroughtheJiangsuHealthCodecheckingprocessaccordingtotherequirementsetbythevenue.F

5、ortheelderly,children,orotherpeoplewhocannotscanthecode,staffatthevenuemuststrictlyimplementmanualregistration.四、各区、各有关部门要广泛开展宣传发动，让群众充分了解“扫码通行”流程，并指导督促辖区、行业各类场所责任人落实出入口扫码通行”措施，加大监督检查力度。4. Alldistrictsanddepartmentsshouldcarryoutextensivepublicityactivitiestolettheresidentsfullyunderstandtheprocesso

6、fcodescanning,guideandurgethepersonsinchargeofvenuestoimplementthemeasure,andstepupsupervisionandinspection.五、对拒不执行“扫码通行”措施要求，涉嫌违法的，依法追究相应责任。5.
